Vacuum your upholstery weekly – Dry soils and dust are the major enemies of your new upholstered furniture.

Interchange and flip reversible cushions – This will ensure equal use of the cushions and extend the overall life of your upholstery.

Keep furniture out of direct sunlight – Even fibres and yarns can deteriorate with prolonged sunlight exposure.

The secret to stain removal is....

ACT IMMEDIATELY

1. Blot up excess spill with absorbent white cloth (Do not rub)
2. Check fabric content (e.g 100% cotton, 50% polyester 50% polypropelene) either on the manufacturers tag or contact your store of purchase.
3. Please refer to the table in your warranty booklet for suitable methods
4. Pre test all spot removal solutions in a hidden area of the fabric, use a white cloth to ensure no colour loss. Allow to dry.
5. If pre test is successful, proceed with spot cleaning. Use small amounts, blotting frequently. BLOT, DO NOT RUB OR BRUSH.
6. Always work from the outer edge of the spot or stain toward the centre.
